For the national tour of Chanticleer during our 2020 International Concert Season, Clare Maclean was commissioned to compose a vocal work for the ensemble to be premiered during their time in Australia.
While we weren't able to bring you this performance as was originally intended, both Chanticleer and the commissioners of the piece, the WA Commissioning Circle, graciously agreed to allow Perth chamber group, Voyces, to hold its world premiere performance at the Government House Ballroom on Saturday 5 September.
