Live Brief

MoodyTunes is an app designed for young people between the ages of 13 and 25 by researchers at the WSU MARCS Institute for Brain, Behaviour, and Development. MoodyTunes uses music to help increase mental health literacy and effective self-management of moods, and is based on experiential learning rather than instruction/education. Clearer messaging is needed so that the app is both more effective in its purpose and also distinguishes itself from music-player apps.
