Harry Paton is a designer from Sydney, emerging from a background in visual arts and music. He often draws on these influences and experiences to fuel his ideas within his specialisation of print and publication. With tendencies to create projects that are tactile and interactive, Harry attempts to combine new and traditional mediums to uphold a multifaceted practice that’s expressive and conceptual.

Remastered

There is an interesting relationship between music and cover design that has evolved the way in which we buy and listen to music, leading to an experience that involves much more than just listening to a song or looking at a picture. Through a mixture of film photography and digital manipulation, Remastered is a reinvigoration of a well-known and loved album cover, with visuals inspired by the music. The Beatles’ White Album acts as a blank canvas to create a tactile visual experience, that can be interactive as the visuals progress along with each song.
